Omni-Comm Service is composed of the following entities: Omni-Comm Hot-Lines are available 24 hours / 7 Days and all calls are either received directly by a Service Engineer who in on stand-by or our Call Centre who will immediately alert an Engineer. Alcatel-Lucent Support Centre provides: Alcatel-Lucent’s Terminal Support Facilities: Support for handsets, certain Computer Peripherals and Office Automation Equipment is provided on a replacement basis. Delivery and exchange of the required component is performed by a Specialized Logistics Organization, which receives exchange requests directly and reports back after the Swap Operation.
