Shipping and Delivery Policy

After you placed the order in Omni-Comm Pte Ltd website and confirmed the payment, our customer service officers will process your order within 72 hours.

Any order that comes in after 6pm on a Friday, it will only be processed on the following Monday.

Omni-Comm engages with 3rd party delivery services for items delivery and we will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days from the date our 3rd party delivers the collected goods from our warehouse.

In compliance with MTI guidelines, our delivery personnel must leave the premises once the items are delivered. Our staff will observe and comply with stringent hygiene and safe distancing practices if on-site installation is required. FREE Delivery for online order above $180 or a nominal fee of $30 delivery charge will apply.

 

Returns policy

Our Return Policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have passed after your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, sealed and come with proof of invoice receipt.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned good or item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at helpdesk@omnicomm.com.sg

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at helpdesk@omnicomm.com.sg and send your item together with the original invoice receipt to:
